Jam Figs

Recipes of the b&b Vanessa House: fig jam

Ingredients:

3 Kg  of figs freshly picked and washed well

1 kg of sugar

Natural pectin

Method:

  1. Cut the fresh and well washed fruit into small pieces
  2. Put the figs in a pot with sugar and natural pectin
  3. Boil for at least five minutes
  4. Once the desired consistency has been reached, pour the hot jam into sterile jars and close everything with sterile caps.
  5. Bring the containers to a vacuum state.
