Recipes of the b&b Vanessa House: fig jam
3 Kg of figs freshly picked and washed well
1 kg of sugar
- Cut the fresh and well washed fruit into small pieces
- Put the figs in a pot with sugar and natural pectin
- Boil for at least five minutes
- Once the desired consistency has been reached, pour the hot jam into sterile jars and close everything with sterile caps.
- Bring the containers to a vacuum state.
